1. Installation & Operation

Installation of Ro systems requires specific plumbing and electrical configurations. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the site meets the technical requirements specified during the initial consultation.

2. Maintenance Packages

Standard warranties cover manufacturing defects but do not include periodic filter replacements unless an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) has been explicitly purchased.

3. Liability Limits

Mittal Ro System is not liable for damages caused by the use of non-original spare parts or unauthorized modifications to the filtration units performed by third-party technicians.
